There is a change in the recently introduced new PBS system by the british govt. for the students applying for their visas.
This change allows Tier 4 (General) students to use money held by their parent(s)/ legal guardian(s) as evidence for the student’s maintenance (funds), to meet both course fees and living costs.
This change is from the 19th of August 2009.
